About Mrs. Creed   

          I grew up in Shelbyville and attended St. Joseph School and Shelbyville Central Schools.  I graduated from Shelbyville High School in 1979.  After high school I attended Franklin College and received a B.S. degree in Elementary Education in 1983. Later, I received my Masters Degree from IUPUI in Elementary Education.  I am licensed to teach kindergarten through 8th grade (non departmentalized). 

        I returned to Shelbyville in 1984 and began teaching for Shelbyville Central Schools. I have taught 1st grade, 2nd grade, 5th grade, and 6th grade. 

        I am married to Mike and have a 11 year old son, Mitchell, who attends Coulston.  My husband, Mike, also attended Shelbyville Central Schools.

        In my free time I enjoy flower gardening at my home, working with computers, and camping with my family.

        I love being a teacher and working with so many different children.  I feel blessed knowing that I love what I do.
