Hi!  My name is Char Moeller and I would like to share a little about myself.

     I grew up in Morristown on a farm with 2 sisters.  We drove tractors and showed dairy cows for 4-H.  We had a family singing group for several years.  We all 3 went to Ball State and majored in Education.

     This is my 27^th year of teaching.  It does not feel like I have been teaching that long!  Wow!    I earned my Bachelors and my Master’s in Elementary Ed. and a minor in Music at Ball State.  I taught third grade in Chicago my first year and then moved to Indy and taught Kindergarten and second grade for 5 years in Morristown.  I took 5 years off to stay home with my 2 children then returned to teaching at Coulston in Music for 12 years.  I have been back teaching Kindergarten for 10 years now and I love it!

     I am married to Del Moeller, who is from Greensburg and I have 2 stepdaughters and 9 bonus grandchildren.  Del and I just built a new house in Shelbyville and we love it!  I have a daughter 31 who was married in Maui 1 year ago June and had a baby boy in April.  It is going to be such a joy to watch little Brayden grow up!  My son is 27 and is a Pharmaceutical Rep. in Chicago.  He is engaged and plans to marry soon.

     I feel very blessed to be able to do what I love by teaching here at Coulston.  This is a great school and terrific staff.   I look forward to making a difference in children’s lives as their first teacher.
