student and former Hendricks Hurricane Breonna
Martin has surpassed her goal of collecting one million pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald
House with help from the students here at Hendricks. Breonna has had
nine surgeries to treat her tubular sclerosis complex, or TSC, a genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on bodily
organs.
One-thousand pounds equals one million
of the aluminum pop tabs.

All collected food will be divided among the Salvation Army, other local food pantries, or may be included in a food basket that is assembled by students and donated to our own families at Hendricks Elementary.
