Transportation Changes

Shelbyville Central Schools’ staff and transportation department are committed to safe transportation.  Pick up and drop off points are determined by students’ home addresses. Transportation services are designed for consistent pick up and drop points five days a week.  An alternate pick up or drop off point may be arranged to accommodate parents/guardians.  To ensure that your child is transported to the correct alternative address or childcare provider, the following guidelines need to be followed.

·        Changes of transportation need to be made for the day/week by the Friday prior to the change.

·        Changes in transportation need to use the Change of Transportation Forms available in the school office or on school’s website. (Forms include Child’s full name, parent’s full name, teacher’s name, address of alternate pick up or drop off point)

·        Bus routes and schedules will not be altered to accommodate changes.

·        Phone changes will be limited to emergency only.
