2007-2008

Sports physicals for the 2008-09 school year will be given on June 11 and July 16th from 5:30 - 7:30 pm at Shelby County Family Medicine, 30 W. Rampart St.  Cost for the physical is $25.  Please pick up the physical form from the athletic department office prior to arriving for the physical.  ALL ATHLETES COMPETING AT THE HIGH SCHOOL MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL ON FILE IN THE ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT OFFICE, DATED AFTER MAY 1, 2008, IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN PRACTICE/TRY-OUTS FOR THE 2008-09 SCHOOL YEAR.
