• Shelbyville Central Schools is on a two hour delay for Monday, April 21, 2008 due to fog. There will be no PM kindergarten or AM preschool classes. As a reminder, grades 1-5 will dismiss at 12:05 PM and grades 6-12 at 12:50 PM as planned. Again, there will be no kindergarten, preschool or CAPE classes today.

• Saturday, March 8:  Boys Basketball 3A Regional at Shelbyville High School has been postponed until Monday, March 10.  Games will be played at 6 PM & 7:30 PM.  Rushville vs. Danville and Beech Grove vs. Batesville On Tuesday, March 11 the championship game for the boys 3A is scheduled for tip-off at Garrett Gym at 7:30 p.m.   IMEA Non-Competitive Band Festival at Shelbyville High School has been canceled   Synergy will not attend the Pike High School Competition on Sat., March 8

• Shelbyville Central Schools dismissed students early on Friday, March 7 due to inclement weather. Students at Shelbyville High School and Shelbyville Middle School were dismissed at 1:15 PM. Elementary Schools were dismissed at 2:15 PM. There was no PM kindergarten or preschool. All after school activities for Friday, March 7 were canceled.

• All after school activities for students were canceled for Tuesday, February 12th.

• Shelbyville Central Schools was on a two hour delay for Friday, February 1, 2008 due to inclement weather and road conditions.

• Loper Elementary School was on a two hour hour delay for Tuesday, January 22, 2008 due to a mechanical failure in the building.

• Shelbyville Central Schools was on a two hour delay for Monday, December 17, 2007 due to inclement weather and road conditions.

• Shelbyville Central Schools was on on a two hour delay for Wednesday, December 5, 2007 due to inclement weather and road conditions.
